Shane Barineau is the owner and operator of Shane Barineau "All Comfort" Heating & Cooling LLC.

 

 

Growing up in the HVAC life, he spent a lot of time between the ages of 6-11 riding around with his Grandfather Elbert

until he retired.

At age 15, he started working with his father Larry part time after school around the shop of Barineau and Sons Heating and Air; doing misc jobs for gas and play money.

 

 

Devolping the skills needed, he started working full time at the age of 17. He became Lead installer at 19 until moving into the service department when he turned 21.

​

​

When Shane was 28 Barineau Heating and Air was formed and started as the service manager. Later evolving to recruitment and training. 

​

​

Between the ages of 34-38 he started working for another Barineau company as a Comfort Adviser and Comfort Specialist. 

​

​

From 39 to 44 he helped create and operate Family Comfort Solutions. 

​

​

Now, Shane has finally been able to branch out on his own, with a lot of support that has been made from the many customers that stayed loyal to him and also by the new relationships created along the way.
