Shane literally grew up in the HVAC life being the grandson of Elbert Barineau, the founder of Barineau and Sons Heating and Air-conditioning. When Shane was only 8 he spent a lot of time riding around with his grandfather going to service calls. He recalls getting to be with him a lot in his youth. They even hunted and fished during weekend sleepovers. His grandfather built his company around customer service and Shane got to learn first hand by seeing those values in action still today. His grandfather Elbert was one-of-a-kind but Shane wants to and will continue his legacy.

 When Shane was 15 he started working for Barineau and Sons part time around the shop and office performing misc tasks, learning basic skills in the process. At 17 he started full time working for his father Larry and his uncle Stanley, whom took over operations after Elbert retired. At 19 he earned the position of lead installer and worked along side with his brother Patrick for a few years. As he turned 21 Shane moved into the service department to begin training to be a service Comfort Specialist under his uncle Stanley's guidence.

 As a Comfort Advisor and Specialist for many years, Shane worked his way up to become Service Manager when Barineau Heating and Air was formed at 28 years old. For more than 10 years he also respectfully became a recruiter and trainer. He has fully trained over 7 Comfort Specialists during his time as Manager. He spent time in the office learning basic skills as well.

 After his managment and office experience at Barineau he started an oppurtunity to be a Comfort Advisor and Comfort Specialist at another Barineau company in Tallahassee and revived his technical skills back to modern. After 3 years an oppurtunity to co-own and co-operate a business was presented and was not passed up.

 At 38 years old, Family Comfort Solutions was created and had been operated for 5 years before splitting with a business partner. Shane gained the knowledge and learned all the other aspects that is experienced operating an HVAC business. More importantly he has built the confidence to branch out on his own. With a very loyal customer base that has watched him grow and mature throughout the past 30 years, as well with the relationships created along the way, and a very supporting HVAC family, Shane has finally became an HVAC contractor.

 Now at 45 years old, the creation of SBAC has sparked a new attitude in Shane and he is excited to announce his new look, model structure and brand new, fully interactive website. He has been looking for a way to keep in touch with his customers and an easier way for his customers to keep in touch with him. With live chat, email, an easy to remember emergency phone line, online booking, forums and memberships; there has never been an easier way to communicate.

 Combining his many job role experiences and skills aquired over 30 years with the customer service and Home-town attitude Shane has learned from his grandfather Elbert, you can relax in comfort knowing he will make sure you stay comfortable when you call upon him.
